Resting position with trench for breast protection.
Picture of a field kitchen.
The resting position was a bunker where the soldiers who did not stand guard in front of the breastplate could relax and have a nap.
A field kitchen, which is on the picture, was often in use for hot food for the soldiers.
Luckily there were never any combat action in Grovfjord, so mostly, people could feel quite safe here.
